We are looking for candidates that possess most or all of the following abilities:
o Ability to develop conceptual and presentation drawings as well as technical drawings for all phases of project documentation
o Ability to understand the client and stakeholders’ vision and key factors for project success
o Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints
o Plans and programs layout of project; coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
o Interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients and other agencies
o Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards of architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes and basic MEP systems
o Assist in research and coordination of materials and product for project specifications
o Develop solutions to design assignments and technical problems
o Participate in the marketing of new clients, presentations and trade shows
o Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Position Requirements:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture for Project Architect position
o Registered Architect or progress toward becoming a Registered Architect for Project Architect position
o 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural position
o Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and professional commitment
o Self-starting with strong work ethic and time management skills
o Team player willing to accept a full range of responsibilities
o Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software
