Martenson & Eisele, Inc. is in search of a dedicated and skilled Project Architect or Senior Design Architect to enhance our expanding architectural team. This is a full-time role that offers substantial growth potential within a dynamic and supportive firm environment. Our projects range from interior renovations to large-scale commercial and industrial developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual and presentation drawings alongside technical documentation for all project phases.
- Comprehend the vision of clients and stakeholders, ensuring key success factors are prioritized.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Plan and organize project layouts, integrating engineering components into a cohesive design for client evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external agencies.
- Possess a strong understanding of architectural design standards, detailing, IBC building codes, and fundamental MEP systems.
- Assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Provide innovative solutions to design challenges and technical issues.
- Engage in marketing efforts for new clients, including presentations and trade shows.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required for the Project Architect role.
- Registered Architect or in the process of obtaining registration for the Project Architect position.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and effective time management skills.
- A collaborative team player willing to take on a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software.
