eMobility Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions. A comprehensive understanding of industry-leading software and hardware solutions is essential for success in this position.

This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to define effective strategies that enhance our value proposition.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant technical sales environment

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and communicate Annual Segment Business Plans to leadership.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Go-To-Market Strategies.
• Work with the team to develop budgets and forecasts for Corporate Finance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on FTI's solutions and services, driving business development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Lead Opportunity Management using Salesforce CRM during project pursuits.
• Provide advisory services to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
• Conduct site assessments and workshops as needed.
• Strive for mastery of the Sandler Sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes.
• Lead Opportunity Pursuit Teams as the Business Development Expert.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
