We are currently recruiting for a local law firm located in Pinellas Park who is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their very specialized clientele. This position is a full time position. This is a law office that represents registered investment advisor and the work requires attention to detail as well as strict adherence to FCC rules and confidentiality.
Pay - $20-$23/hr - Monday-Friday, Office hours are 8am-5pm.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Computer and technology savvy
Detailed at documentation
Organized
Experience in invoicing and billing - they use CLIO - but not needed, they can train
At least 2-3 years in an administrative role.
