Objectives of this role
- Learn the ins and outs of our equipment to provide professional service in the field.
- Become an expert in identifying and diagnosing equipment problems.
- resolve to repair or replace malfunctioning equipment at the customer's site.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and their trust in the functioning of the system.

- Install equipment at the customer's site and instruct customers in the proper operation of the system.
- Work with remote support service representatives to understand equipment issues before arriving on site.
- Travel to sites to diagnose problems and repair or replace equipment as needed.
- Provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance for Multidisciplinary equipment.
- Follow company procedures and safety policies.

Qualifications
- Mobility capability.
