Human Resources Manager / Office Administrator
Independently-owned Physical Therapy clinic seeks a full-time Human Resources Manager / Office Administrator. This dynamic office has three locations in the Las Vegas area and is soon to open another.
Administrator Duties include but are not limited to:
Human Resources
- HR Compliance
- Tax Filings & Tax Preparation
- Business License Compliance
- Business Insurance Compliance
- Annual Audits
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Creation of and evolution of New Hire documents
- Health Benefits & COBRA
- Payroll (Paychex)
- Timecards (Paychex)
- 401(k)
- Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Vendor & Building Contractor Relationships
- Business Expansion (Contractors, Banks, Vendors)
- Handbook Compliance and Updates
- Forms
- Training & Mentorship
- Fostering the high standards and mission statement of the company
- Audits of patient tracking to ensure protocols are being followed
- Calendaring of appointments, compliance reminders, tasks in Microsoft Outlook
- Warnings/Suspensions
- Terminations and Exit Interviews
- Unemployment Claims
- Recurring Meetings with Management of the following departments:
- Office Management
- Front Desk
- Clinical
- Liens
- Billing
- Marketing
Monthly Financial Meetings with the owner
Accounts Payable (QuickBooks)
Accounts Receivable (QuickBooks)
Banking Relationships
Requirements:
- The right candidate is a team-player above all else and understands that no one position is more important than the other.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Payroll
- A strong background in Benefit Compliance and Tax Reporting
- At least 10 years experience in HR or Medical Office Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in associated area of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
- You must be polished and professional in appearance and communication skills.
- You must be friendly, patient, helpful, dependable and a quick learner.
- Your excellent computer skills, attention to accuracy, organization and math skills are essential.
PHR and SPHR preferred
Perks:
