We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Account Manager plays a key role in driving business growth, retaining existing clients, and identifying opportunities for

professional and personal teammate development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Servant Leadership: Lead a team of professional cleaners following White Pine Services’ values, to provide service that is Rooted in Perfection.

-Manage a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts, including regular communication with clients, scheduling of services, and resolution of any issues or concerns.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

-Conduct regular site visits to inspect cleaning quality, address client feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Follow White Pine Services Policies and Procedures, and ensure teammates are doing the same.

-Prepare and present regular reports to management on account performance, revenue projections, and client satisfaction metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience managing employees

Cleaning Experience

Reliability with respect to confidentiality

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits as needed.
