Job DescriptionJob Description

Part time Bookkeeper Office assistant needed immediately in house, potential for full time permanent position.

Must be proficient in Quick Books, Payroll, Microsoft Word, Basic Math and Great with People

This position is 20-30 hours a week in office only. Bookkeeping responsibilities include bills, Quick Books, accounts receivable, any and all accounts payable. Office duties include, answering phones, company emails, filing, mailings, UPS/FedEx, & light house keeping including trash, vacuuming dusting. Reporting to the Company Owner and Loan Officer.

Looking for a smart, happy, attention to detail oriented individual who can multitask in a small office environment.
