Job Description:
As an Assistant to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing gutter installation projects. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, communication with clients and team members, and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling gutter installation projects.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm project details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with the installation teams to ensure they have all necessary information and resources.
  • Track project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client communications.
  • Assist in the ordering and tracking of materials and supplies needed for projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a construction or home improvement environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
