Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary Rate: $20.00/ hour Location: Houston, Texas 77080Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, may vary slightlyWe are currently seeking a Project Manager Assistant to manage drawing-related tasks, ensure accurate documentation, and provide administrative support for various project management functions.   • Utilize project management software to organize project folders, maintain accurate documentation (contracts, permits, drawings), and set up employees on tracking systems.
  • Upload and manage drawing revisions, submittals, and specifications, and export project budgets for review.
  • Create, print, and distribute panel schedules, RFIs, submittals, vendor agreements, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Pull permits, schedule inspections, request COIs and W9s, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process close-out documents, draft tax-exempt forms, and support on-demand projects as needed.
What is Required:
  • Previous experience in a project assistant or similar role within the construction or electrical industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in drawing management software such as Studio/Bluebeam & Autodesk.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
