The Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Human Resources will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Process the accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Work with the CFO on preparing financial statements
  • Process employee payroll
  • Manage the Certificates of Insurance annual filing
  • Maintain and balance the company credit cards
  • Lead the recruiting and hiring process
  • Manage new hire paperwork and compliance documents
  • Lead orientation and on-board process
  • Benefits Coordination
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Handle any office needs

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Human Resources experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks, SAGE, or similar accounting software
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
