The Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Human Resources will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Process the accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Work with the CFO on preparing financial statements
- Process employee payroll
- Manage the Certificates of Insurance annual filing
- Maintain and balance the company credit cards
- Lead the recruiting and hiring process
- Manage new hire paperwork and compliance documents
- Lead orientation and on-board process
- Benefits Coordination
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Handle any office needs
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Human Resources experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAGE, or similar accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
