Job Description

An office supply company in Agoura Hills is seeking a part-time Inside Sales / Customer Service representative. This role is perfect for students or anyone interested in working less than 40 hours a week. The primary duty is making outbound calls to existing customers (NO cold calling) to ask for orders. You will also take orders over the phone and enter them into the database. During the busy season between June and October, you will handle general office duties as well.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to ask for orders.
  • Take orders over the phone and enter them into the database.
  • Perform general office duties during the busy season (June - October) but could extend to a permanent position for the right candidate

Requirements

  • Experience with customer service over the phone.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
