The Loan Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing loan portfolio reports for the Loan Operations Department. This will include, but not be limited to, development and
maintenance of both ad-hoc and scheduled reports to support various departments within the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure duties are processed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Build, validate and manage standard and ad-hoc reports ranging in various levels of difficulty utilizing MS Excel and Access.
3. Maintain databases from various systems to ensure data quality and accuracy.
4. Serve as central point of contact for all reporting requests, coordinate data analytic requests and aid in report design and distribution.
5. Produce reporting for management and board of directors on the approved quarterly reporting schedule.
6. Assist in the preparation responses for examiners, auditors, or internal audit, and make corrections as necessary.
7. Assist in functions related to daily operations such as boarding of new/modified loans, payments processing, legal expense processing and general ledger
account reconciliation on an as needed basis.
8. Train on and demonstrate proficiency with the Fiserv loan software application.
9. Act as security administrator for the Fiserv applications including analysis of periodic control reports as well as the annual SOC I and Business Continuity Disaster Recovery reports.
10. Other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and hard working. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and operate under strict deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Access), large data sets, and financial models.
• Demonstrated knowledge in key areas of accounting and loan operations.


CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred.
• 5-7 years of related banking, finance, or accounting work experience
