Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for mapping migrating/converting data from legacy systems into core application databases
  • Act as a Loan IQ functional/operational SME, and provide analysis on any workflow or functional gaps
  • Liaise between business users and technologists to gather and exchange requirements in coordination with developers
  • Provide testing support for conversion testing


Qualifications:


Technical Experience

Required:

  • At least five years of hands on relevant LIQ experience, preferably as a professional consultant or FTE at a large financial institution
  • Loan data mapping experience; the ability to analyze source data and map to appropriate LIQ tables and fields, preferably from another well known enterprise level commercial lending platform (ACBS / AFS)
  • Experience with interfacing external systems to Loan IQ or other lending platforms; the ability to create specifications and implementation plans to interface loan systems to upstream and downstream supporting systems such as general ledgers, trading platforms, compliance, and reporting systems
  • Ability to create test scripts for verification of upgrades, interface, and conversions
  • Strong working knowledge of syndicated lending front to back office workflow


Preferred:

  • At least ten years of relevant LIQ experience
  • SME in other loan systems such as ACBS and AFS
  • System upgrade experience; work on LIQ product version upgrade performing: analysis, project planning, testing and post implementation support
  • Experience in technical writing or creation of training materials or run books
  • Strong general knowledge of distributed computing systems 


Professional Experience

  • History of working for financial consulting firms and/or lending operations at large banks or brokerages.
  • Ability to work independently when needed at client sites
  • Ability to work with a hybrid team of consultants, clients and vendors as needed.
  • Strong ability to interface with clients and provide guidance and education when required
  • Driven to meet deadlines, ability to identify issues and provide early intervention
  • Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to create clear and concise presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
