Position: Construction Office Assistant

Job Summary: Our residential electrical company is seeking a motivated and organized Construction Office Assistant to join our team. The Construction Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team, helping to ensure that all business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing and maintaining office files and records.
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking project progress, and preparing project reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist with processing invoices, tracking project expenses, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding paperwork.
- Provide general office support, such as ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
