Office Administrator - Minimum 3 years experience at a construction company

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff and clients.

Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings
- Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

- Tagalog speaker
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Knowledge of filing systems and data entry procedures
- Ability to provide excellent customer support with exceptional phone etiquette
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
