Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a diligent and experienced janitor to service a small office and logistics warehouse in Commerce, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our staff and visitors, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met.

Responsibilities:

  • General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of office areas and warehouse, including vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining overall cleanliness using general cleaning supplies.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Trash Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  • Surface Care: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment to keep all areas looking neat and presentable.
  • Special Cleaning Tasks: Undertake occasional deep cleaning tasks and additional duties as assigned to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of workspaces.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential, commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning.
