SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall experience. S/he will serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries or issues to execute seamless guest service. The Customer Service Representative works as part of a team that regularly supports and assists one another and works under the general direction of the CRM Loyalty Manager and the General Manager. S/he will interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience at THE LOT.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Sell tickets in person at the box office and over the phone.
  • Provides overall day-to-day customer service and coordinates with other departments to efficiently accommodate guests’ requests.
  • Completes high-quality work according to job specifications while simultaneously producing the required amount of with established timetables.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing any potential issues.
  • Exude a polished and professional tone and manner both in person, over the phone, and through email correspondence.
  • Maintain complete and in-depth knowledge of and comply with all company policies, service procedures and standards.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns, submitted through customer calls, tickets, and/or emails, in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining accurate guest records, updating databases, and generating reports.

Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service or front desk/receptionist experience.
  • Previous Vista POS experience preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 18+ years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to understand and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to create memorable guest connection.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Must be able to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
