The Planet Group Customer Service Representative 9001 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego, CA 92123, US Posted: 07/30/2024 Employment Type: Contract Job Category: Customer Service Job Number: 620370 Country: United States Is job remote?: Yes Job Description Customer Service Representative 6-Month Contract Remote - Southern California Pay Range: $20 - 23 Must Haves: Minimum one year of customer service experience Preferred: Medical or medical device experience Job Summary/Description: The primary role of Customer Support is to provide exceptional customer service, sales and marketing support via different channels of communication. Key deliverables include addressing customer inquiries related to our products, services, warranty, order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints. Identifying sales opportunities associated with customer inquiries and providing first-line technical and clinical assistance while escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers daily via telephone, email, chat, or social media platforms, checking in on their status, adherence information, and/or to order equipment or supplies. Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, create and/or maintain client account records, track deadlines, manage tasks in web-based tools, support members of cross-functional teams, and develop and maintain positive customer relations. Collaborate with various departments to meet service sales goals, document all technical and customer-reported problems in a ticketing/note system, and provide metrics to the management team as required. Complete vocational training or obtain equivalent experience. Interact internally to exchange information. Exercise limited discretion to vary from established procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations. Generally requires instructions on new assignments.
