We are looking for an individual who has interpersonal and communication skills, a highly professional image who can promote our services, who enjoys leading and developing team members to perform at high levels and who works well in a team-oriented setting. SERVPRO® is the premier fire and water cleanup and restoration company in the world. We specialize in residential and commercial disaster cleanup: water damage remediation which consists of water extraction, drying services, and restoration; fire damage cleaning of contents and structure; and mold remediation. We also clean carpet, upholstery, ceramic tile, HVAC ducts, and offer post- construction cleaning services in addition to inventory, packing, and moving services. Key Job Responsibilities for the Production Manager:

1. Customer Service

2. Production staff management/ development/ training

3. Communication management (both internally and externally)

4. Project Management including estimating, costing and quality control

5. Professional and Personal Development

6. Financial and Equipment/ Asset Management 7. Safety and Risk Management

8. Other duties, as Assigned

Requirements:

1. 1+ year(s) management experience

2. Excellent communication skills with a professional, positive attitude

3. Ability to supervise/ train several production technicians

4. Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects

5. Strong time management and people skills

6. Superior organizational skills with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize

7. Customer service oriented

8. Professional appearance and demeanor

9. Strong attention to detail

10. Able to resolve problems quickly as they arise

11. Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

12. Experience in the insurance industry a plus

 

Salary: $40,000.00 /year
