Our Sales Development Managers are responsible for:


Sales (Starting at 100% and working towards 25% as you develop your skills and team):

  • Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs
  • Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners
  • Data entry
  • Self-sourced lead generation
  • Attending Weekly meetings 
  • Ability and willingness to communicate effectively
  • Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department
  • Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home in-between travel. 


Leadership (starting at 0% and working towards 75% as you develop  your skills and team):

  • Coaching assigned sales representatives
  • Accessing Sales Representatives performance and developing ongoing training to meet their unique sales skills
  • Partnering with HR and the National Sales Manager for employee relation concerns
  • Establish a working rapport with the team while generating effective boundaries
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Outside Sales Representatives 
  • Assist with field training for new sales representatives
  • Other leader responsibilities as assigned
  • Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel. 


We provide our Sales Development Managers with:

  • Yearly salary compensation starting at $60k, with bonuses based on individual performance, company overall performance and production of team. 
  • Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.


Prior to joining our organization we expect our Sales Development Managers to already contain:

  • 4 years experience working in a sales role
  • Leadership experience in sales and working with a remote team preferred
  • Ability to work in a CRM, HRIS and other office Technology
  • Successful background in door to door sales
