Job DescriptionJob Description

This role will encompass task from various aspects of the business. Task may include the following;

  • Creation of marketing materials and social media posts utilizing tools such as Canva and Loomly
  • Event planning to include creating invitations, lining up vendors and working events
  • Personally delivering clients gifts and management of several gifting programs
  • Creation and delivery of mail advertising campaigns
  • Tracking and input of data in multiple systems including Excel, Dropbox, and Googl
  • e calendars, forms, drive etc.
  • Answering phones and communicating professionally with clients and partners

Qualifications:

  • Reliable - Transportation and ability to commute to North Peoria
  • Tech Savvy - Proficiency on Canva, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Interpersonal Skills - able to communicate verbally and written in a professional and clear manner
  • Adaptability - Flexible work hours to accommodate weekends and or evenings as needed for special events and working from various locations as business needs require
  • Organization and Time Management - Able to juggle multiple projects and remain organized while completing tasks.
