POSITION: Office Assistant/Manager for Promotional Products & Apparel Company
We need an extremely organized, self-motivated team player with experience in the screen printing, embroidery and promotional products industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service.
Manage Email.
Assist Sales Reps with order processing.
Answer phones and direct calls.
Assist walk-in customers.
Order office and shipping supplies.
Maintain tidiness of bathroom, break room and common areas.
Filing and scanning.
Schedule shipping/couriers of completed orders.
Prepare marketing packages.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Database Management.
Constant Contact and social media updates.
Update and maintain order calendar.
Payment processing.
Assist other departments as needed.
