Job DescriptionJob Description

Internal Medicine clinic in Alpharetta seeks 2 Medical Assistants qualified for the position.  MA that is bilingual Spanish and English is a plus. The office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm. Pay rate depends on experience $18-21/hour. This is a floater position from Front Office to Back Office. This is a temp to perm position.

Qualifications include MA diploma, BLS, Phlebotomy experience, and great customer service skills.

Duties include:

  • Answering Phones, greeting patients
  • Entering patient Demographics into the EMR
  • Insurance verification and prior authorization
  • Rooming Patients
  • Faxing/Scanning
  • Vital Signs
  • Injections/Vaccinations
  • Blood Draw
  • Putting notes into EMR (E-clinical works)
  • Assisting Physician
  • Calling patients with lab results

Qualifications include MA diploma, BLS, Phlebotomy experience, great customer service
