Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Description:
Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones bookkeeping typing or word processing stenography office machine operation and filing. Experience converting hardcopies of records to soft copies.

Skills:
• Basic to intermediate PC skills;
• Efficient with Outlook;
• Must have the ability to learn the basics of multiple scanning and record storage software;
• Professional approach;
• Dependable;
• Flexible;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Preferred self-starter and quick learner;
• Performs responsible and independent clerical record keeping duties involved in the preparation scanning and maintenance of a variety of records.
