What does a successful Inside Sales Representative do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is a recognized leader in helping small and medium sized (SMB) businesses grow through state-of-the-art solutions. We’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy, results- driven associates for an on-site based Sales Representative position for our merchant services sales team. The product is a super customizable and dependable point of sale system designed to make business easy, take various forms of payments, and help protect business and customer payment transactions.
What you will do:
• Make outgoing calls on leads that are received via online. These are warm leads, not strictly cold calling.
• Consult and sell the best solution for the clients’ business to be able to accurately process credit card transactions.
• Develop a plan to effectively manage your pipeline and generate top line revenue growth.
• Represent the Fiserv values of demonstrating the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
What you will need to have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience in a quota driven environment.
• Experience with outbound calling and pipeline management.
What would be great to have:
• 2+ years phone sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing
