Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for customer assistant buyers
  • Prepare & Participate in customer meetings
  • Create customer proposals after meetings
  • Assisting Merchandiser /PD with new product for trends or customer requests
  • Order follow up & customer communication when issues arise
  • Respond promptly to customer queries to find solutions
  • Present new or additional products to existing customers
  • Load new item specs onto customer portals
  • Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
  • Work with company database for to ensure new samples are correct & images uploaded

Skills

  • Experience as an Account Representative or other assistant sales role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven & ability to work on your own
  • Team player

Hours

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30
  • 2wks vacation time
