Role Overview
As a Clinical Liaison specializing in anesthesia services, you will:
- Enhance patient admissions within designated accounts, achieving or surpassing established targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key hospital and facility discharge planning teams to provide ongoing updates on our services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to physicians, facility staff, clients, and their families consistently.
- Conduct facility visits at the request of physicians to assist the clinical team in assessing patient eligibility.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with program staff and other sales resources through regular meetings.
- Assist in the timely processing of physician orders as directed.
- Collaborate with counterparts in the hospice division to represent our comprehensive service offerings.
- Follow up on all referrals within your facilities that were not admitted to the program.
- Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and facilitate communication among clients and families.
- Participate in the development of business and market growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse Licensure required in the state of practice.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of governmental regulations and Medicare eligibility requirements.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
