Our Behavior Therapists are top notch, providing 1-to-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD.

Position: Full Time Applied Behavior Analysis ABA therapists (FT only at this time)
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Write and develop Individual treatment Plans (ITP)
· Run assessment and probe targets.
· Develop individualized behavior plans for clients.
· Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
- Instruct and supervise clients in activities.
- Teach clients basic to advanced skills using ABA techniques.
- Work with individual client or small groups of clients to reinforce new skills initially introduced throughout the duration of the therapy session.
- Devise and implement special strategies for reinforcing skills based on the special needs and abilities of each client.
- Assist with critical daily activities such as transition times, mealtimes, and toileting/diapering.
- Utilize appropriate language, interactions and positive language.
- Model positive behavior.
- Continuously monitor children to ensure safety at all times.
Communicate With Parents
- Inform parents about daily routine, daily progress, expectations, and other pertinent information.
- Communicate with parents about incidents that have been observed and/or recorded during sessions.
- Obtain all required parental signatures such as on all incident reports and daily sign in sheets.
Documentation:
- Complete all necessary paperwork for sessions including data collection sheets and daily progress sheets in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up to date progress notes for all clients.
