JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Content Marketing Manager at Maxwell Healthcare Associates, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic storyteller who oversees the creation and distribution of valuable content to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. You will help orchestrate and produce content that informs, educates, and inspires, ultimately driving business objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Develops a Content Marketing Strategy: Define the target audience, content themes, channels, and key metrics for success.
- Brainstorms and Creates Compelling Content: identify content formats (blogs, articles, social media, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc.) that resonate with the audience and align with business goals.
- Manages Content Production: Work with fellow writers, designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality content production that meets deadlines.
- Optimizes Content for Search Engines (SEO): Ensure content is discoverable through search engines by implementing SEO best practices.
- Manages Social Media Marketing: Create engaging social media content, scheduling posts, and interact with followers.
- Analyzes Content Performance: Track key metrics like website traffic, engagement, and conversions to measure the effectiveness of content and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest content marketing strategies and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- Head of Marketing Partner Relations: Facilitate partner marketing activities that drive engagement for all parties.
GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES
- Some travel may be required.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.

- Ability to frequently sit, talk or hear, use hands, grasp, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, or similar field.
- Strong writing, graphic design, and project planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Position: Marketing Content Manager
Exempt Status: Exempt
Compensation: Starting at $65,000.00/year
