Marathon Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment through effective preventative maintenance practices.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing equipment in operation

- Disassemble machinery and replace or repair defective parts

- Assess part requirements through inspection and measurement

- Experience with CNC controls, modules, servo drives, and troubleshooting components

- Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies by monitoring stock levels and ordering as necessary

- Train production workers on routine preventative maintenance procedures

- Provide mechanical maintenance support by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests

- Prepare detailed maintenance reports documenting work performed

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment, up to 50 lbs

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with procedures and regulations

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Must provide own tools for the job
