At Presidio we pride ourselves in being able to provide consistent leads for sales people to run in order to help you build your book of business. Yes, we expect sales people to self generate a certain portion of their business, but we also recognize the long term benefits and sustainability that comes with providing consistent leads to our sales people. Our metrics show that we are in the top-5 of roofing contractors in the greater San Antonio area in terms of lead inflow and ability to provide leads to sales people.
Our goal with every sales person is to foster an environment where you want to be a part of this company for as long as you can and you recognize the value provided. We have sales people who have been with us since day 1 (8 years ago) who have built a life for themselves and their families due to this mutual respect and two-way support structure. We know that any sales person who takes pride in their salesmanship, their honesty, and their integrity can create a long term future for themselves at Presidio where they are earning a solid 6 figure income on a yearly basis.
Requirements:
- Working transportation, truck preferable
- Has a lap top and is computer literate
- Clean, presentable persona. No drug use. No Face or neck tattoos.
- Takes pride in themselves and exudes confidence
- Sales or customer service experience
Responsibilities:
- Running Leads
- Creating your own leads through self generation
- Signing deals
- Meeting with clients
- Maintaining well-updated files in our CRM and using our other provided software
- Stopping in during your builds
- Being the customer-facing representative of Presidio Roofing on your files
- Report directly to your sales manager and work within the company guidelines when selling roofs
Compensation:
- This is a commission based job with income potential well into 6 figures. Good Sales people will recognize the nearly unlimited potential to earn in this business and with the leads we provide and we have multiple sales people who have earned $150-$300k a year consistently. For new hires it does often take time to build a book of business but the trajectory of a competent sales person shows that over time you can and will get to the point where business is coming to you directly and you have created such a solid book of business that you can make great money every single year just by nurturing your existing relationships.
- Transition to W2 as proficiency is demonstrated is the natural path. This does not lower your income potential but rather stabilizes it
