About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bondoc Roofing. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Assist in data entry and CRM management
  • Notate sales appointment debriefs and calls logs
  • Surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Optimize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Assist with estimating and sketching via RoofSnap
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate claims
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews
  • Collect initial payments and accommodate clients with financing options
  • Assist with DocuSign and other clerical duties
  • Complete Roof Advisor Check-in SOP's to hand off jobs to production
  • Maintain closing ratio and RPA data for company performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • Previous use of CRM's and apps in the workplace
  • Previous construction experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
