Ozone Roofing, Inc. is in search of skilled Roofing Sales Supervisors to lead our sales teams and manage projects effectively.

Compensation: Competitive earnings ranging from $80,000 to $150,000+ annually, contingent on individual sales performance and team results.

Responsibilities of the Sales Supervisor:

  • Oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, including sales, insurance claims, and project management.
  • Lead and mentor sales personnel and installation crews.
  • Supervise job sites and ensure quality throughout the installation process.
  • Manage all sales activities, including canvassing, appointments, presentations, and contract signings.
  • Conduct estimates and site inspections.
  • Order materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Complete labor documentation for your team.
  • Initiate insurance claims, interpret insurance scopes, and manage invoicing and payments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Utilize our CRM system, AccuLynx, to track sales and project progress.
  • Adhere to the company's core values in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential roofing sales and installation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and sales appointments.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Dedication of 10-12 hours per day towards achieving personal and team success.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated honesty and professionalism.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs when necessary.
