Great Basin Industrial is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. The ideal candidate will manage existing accounts while seeking out new business opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and develop clear and effective communication channels to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Generate leads and seek out new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and drive business success
  • Improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network in the Oil & Energy industry
  • Collaborate with other departments to support and promote the company's mission and values
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to identify and pursue new opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the Oil & Energy industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
