Our client is actively searching for a part-time Office Manager to join their small, but fast-paced  team Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, will thrive in a fast paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities. Our candidate will have a solid administrative support background with knowledge of general bookkeeping and payroll practices. 

Qualifications

  • Coordinate daily office administration to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.  
  • Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.  
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars effectively.
  • Directly support the CEO, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate  human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, such as Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable and payroll.
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)

Experience:

  • 3+ years progressively responsible administrative support experience;
  • 1+ years bookkeeping experience;
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedure.
  • Detail oriented

This is a part-time, 25 hour per week, in-office position.  Remote work not available for this position.​
