The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing shift schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct shift briefings to communicate operational plans, safety updates, and task assignments.
  • Monitor the performance of personnel and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Respond to and manage operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of shift activities, incidents, and operational data.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and management to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
  • Participate in risk assessments, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among shift personnel.
Shift Supervisor Position Requirements
  • 10 years offshore construction / ROV experience in a relevant environment.
