The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships with partner reps, and driving the initial communication outreach and execution of funnel activity. Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth:

  • Proactively present, promote, and sell Google Cloud services, tailoring solutions to address specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Utilize a blend of approved contact cadences (cold calling, social selling), referrals, and strategic email campaigns to reach out to qualified customer leads.

Metrics Master:

  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales outreach metrics, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Weekly: 1000 emails, 200 calls
    • Monthly: 6 BANT-qualified meetings

CRM Champion:

  • Diligently update Salesforce CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, follow-up activities, and deal progress.

Lead Generation Pro:

  • Employ the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to meticulously assess leads, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly goals of setting up 6 qualified, introductory meetings with potential clients.

Market-Driven Growth:

  • Continuously research and source new target accounts that align with our strategic goals and growth potential.

Network & Connect:

  • Attend networking events, build relationships with key individuals, and effectively "work the room" to generate leads and expand our network.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the Professional Services space.
  • Cloud Savvy: Solid understanding of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) and a strong preference for familiarity with Google Cloud products.
  • Phone Powerhouse: Enthusiasm for cold calling and leveraging it to drive sales and unlock commission potential.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Experience with a CRM like Salesforce Lightning or Outreach is a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, coupled with the ability to build productive and lasting professional relationships.
  • Target-Driven Achiever: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Organizational Guru: Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
