e are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team You will perform routine onsite clinical assignments and clerical duties to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine onsite clinical services - Drug testing, Audiograms, Pulmonary Function Testing, Fit Testing.
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, caring and professional manner.
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner. Screen and route calls promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Maintain appointment schedule according to office procedure.
  • Communicate all patient results to approved clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with medical and non-medical office staff.
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Medical Assistant (certified or non-certified)
  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Multilingual a plus
