We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and they are looking for a Customer Service Rep in their Plymouth, Mi. location.
Monday- Friday
$20
8am-4:30pm
1/2 hour lunch unpaid
Job Description:
- Making Calls out to carriers
- Answering and Transferring calls
- Document calls
- Updating the system
- Sending and receiving emails
- Good communication skills
- Collaborating with other departments
Skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Customer Service Experience (Call Center Experience is a Plus)
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Outlook and Word
- Well-Spoken and Customer Focused
- Strong Computer and Typing Skills
- Excel is a must
