Hiring a Facilities Coordinator for a Corporate office in Brentwood, Tennessee.

 

Duties:

Provide general facility service support and the upkeep and preparation of the corporate office(s) space. Along with maintaining the health, safety standards and cleanliness of his/her location daily, also prepares the facility as needed for special uses. Provide support to Sr. Facilities Coordinator and Facilities/Property Management team service/work request as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage and support all Facilities ServiceNow work case, ensure completion of

all facility related tickets as received for operating corporate, dedicated and/or

near sites. Reacting to maintenance emergencies and facilities request.

• Provide reporting to management

• Responsible for Reservation Management system; including but not limited to

inquiries, troubleshooting, reservations, maintaining system and updates, etc.

• Maintain office equipment, physical space and assist with communications for

multiple corporate sites

• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed

• Assisting with special projects related to design and facilities related

• Prepare general and facilities correspondences and customer assessments

• Assist with building and equipment maintenance schedules for corporate office

• Coordinate and execute emergency response plan, including scheduled

emergency evacuation drills

• Ensure office environment, break rooms are neat and clean

• Supervise professional tradesmen and facilities staff in repairs and renovations

• Assist with coordination of internal office moves

• Manage supplier relations including but not limited to maintaining the suppliers,

vetting, and negotiations

Responsible for maintaining office floor plans

• Assist in space planning, building space and supply needs of organization

• Obtain quotes for misc. facilities repairs and maintenance.

• Coordination of repairs maintenance and tenant improvement projects

• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, personal and business

portal site(s)

• Ordering, stocking, and distributing general office and facility related supplies

• Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy

• Assist with planning, organization of company events – as needed

• Support Sr. Facilities Coordinator with site closures; corporate, dedicated on/or

near-site, multi-client (shared) near sites.

• Assist as needed with building and equipment maintenance. Including

scheduling preventative maintenance repairs and services.

• Aid with new buildout post-construction walk-through/go-live site visit for

transition of site from construction to operating – as needed.

• Performing miscellaneous facility related duties as assigned

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School diploma

• Some college is strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in facility administration

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work independently and within team environment

• Provides a positive and professional experience for employees and guests of

Premise Health

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Experience in coordination of GC’s and subs

• Self-motivated and team oriented

High degree of integrity and confidentiality and exhibits sound judgment and

discretion

 

Schedule:

Mon-Fri (7:30A - 3:30P)

Contract:

ASAP - November 9, 2024

Possible extension but cannot be guaranteed

Pay Rate: $24hr
