Expansion & Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Contact homeowners in need through telephone/email, and make an appointment with them to introduce the business of the company in detail.
Obtain appropriate accommodation property to be managed by our operation department
After signing the contract, complete the basic information form of housing resources and submit it to the company.
Maintain a close and professional relationship with homeowners
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive connection and knowledge in real estate property, hotel, vocational rental, resort etc
Able to accommodate a flexible working schedule, including late nights and weekends
Ownership or access to a vehicle and in possession of a valid Driver’s License, a driving record check will be assessed at hiring.
Be able to execute sales deals promptly.
Be a good team player and an independent professional in sales under limited management.
Asset:
Previous real estate, property expansion, business development experience over 3 years in an asset
Mandarin is an asset
