About the Role

We seek a Technical Sales Executive to join our well-funded, stealth startup at the forefront of the PropTech industry. As our first sales hire, you will play a crucial role in defining, shaping, and creating effective sales strategies. This role involves prospecting, selling, and managing a book of business, with a focus on leveraging our pioneering AI-based platform designed to optimize the real estate transaction process for professionals and their clients.The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual capable of fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and sales, ensuring our solutions are aligned with market demands. We are not looking for just another salesperson but rather someone who can view the sales process as a feedback loop while working to create a repeatable process.


Qualifications

  • Must have experience working in or selling residential real estate and/or real estate technology.
  • Track record in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Inside sales experience required
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders/customers
  • Background in a startup environment is a plus
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels, from entry-level agents to top brokerage executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Gain a foundational comprehension of the product portfolio to become a dependable customer resource.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand the challenges and goals of the prospective clients.
  • Synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning strategies
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Proactively make numerous outbound calls each day to engage new prospects.
  • Utilize Google sheet (until CRM in place), to track interactions, update customer information, and report on sales metrics. Leverage AI.
  • Manage all aspects of interaction and outreach to advance each Opportunity to Closed Won.
  • Negotiate pricing , terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
  • Close deals in a timely manager while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and feature requests.
  • You will onboard and train each new client you win
  • You will account manage and engage consistently ensuring the customer journey is excellent
  • Provide feedback to the product team to ensure product learning
  • Expected to be agile, conducting targeted sales experiments to refine tactics rapidly while engaging in strategic planning for scalable sales operations
