Initial applications of Cascade include reducing Level 1 benefits support interactions and improving benefits plan engagement, with significant cost savings to an organization. We also drive automation in areas such as employee onboarding, open enrollment support, learning and development, and employee offboarding, and we are already expanding our capabilities for all enterprise-wide HR applications. Cascade AI is scalable globally and provides multi-lingual support. 


As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our sales team and drive the company's success. 


Role Overview 


The Sales Account Executive at Cascade will play a pivotal role in executing the company's sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the HR and Benefits space. This role requires a high achiever with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, a passion for driving revenue growth and the ability to achieve and exceed targets.  


Responsibilities 


  • Customer Acquisition and Retention 
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. 
  • Create and execute impactful strategies for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. 


  • Customer Engagement 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HR and employee benefits space. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success function to ensure a smooth post-sale implementation process and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention for effective account management. 

 

  • Sales Strategy and Planning 
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall company goals. 

 

  • Sales Performance and reporting 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and analyze sales performance. 
  • Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.  
  • Further develop the sales playbook for the different customer channels and establish sales processes.  
  • Implement sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely projections. 

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of progressive early-stage startup B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR and Benefits.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of the HR and Benefits sector, including industry trends, competitors, and landscape. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Great ability to meet and exceed sales targets .
