Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy  upgrade products and services. 

Synergy Companies is looking for a new HVAC Instal helper to join our Sacramento team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. You'll have the daily opportunity to help change someone's life by making their homes more comfortable, safer, and more energy efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements 

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Report on the status of each scheduled appointment 

  • Testing and sealing of ducting system

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • High School graduate strongly preferred

  • EPA certification (Required)

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

  • Bilingual a plus

  • Understanding of rules, regulations, and codes

  • Be responsible for company equipment and vehicles
