WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

You'll work 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. As our HVAC Installation Lead - HVAC Installer, you will supervise and mentor installation employees, set work priorities, and evaluate performance for optimal productivity. You will coordinate installation schedules, liaise with homeowners and building inspectors, and ensure materials and equipment are ordered. Your duties include visiting job sites to monitor progress and quality, providing training on material usage and workmanship, and managing job documentation. Additionally, you will cut, build, and install ductwork and furnaces as needed, secure job permits, coordinate inspections, and prepare related paperwork. You will address customer issues, evaluate staff training needs, and deliver both classroom and on-the-job training and support to your team.

What we need from you:
  • 3+ years of residential installation experience
  • Experience leading a team of HVAC installers
  • EPA certification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with the use of smartphones, email, and Microsoft Outlook

Having your NATE certification would be a plus.
