YOUR INSTALLATION COORDINATOR ROLE

This full-time schedule coordinating role usually operates Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on seasonal demand. Actual hours may vary.

As an Installation Scheduler, you start by reviewing the schedule and coordinating with sales reps to fill the team's calendar. Monitoring open sales opportunities ensures the install team remains productive. Throughout the day, you schedule appointments based on availability and customer preferences, keeping the calendar current.

You manage installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring the timely completion of customer estimates. As the primary customer contact, you handle inquiries regarding workmanship, products, or financing. You also prepare contracts, work orders, and permits, collaborating with the admin team to process paperwork efficiently.

You coordinate material and equipment orders and oversee prompt delivery to job sites. Your customer service role also involves maintaining organized records and adhering to industry standards. You also liaise with inspection authorities to facilitate smooth inspections, showcasing your excellent coordination skills.

By day's end, you finalize job packets, verify payments, and address customer concerns for a seamless installation process. Your administrative role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency.
