Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager in the Northern Virginia / Washington, DC metro area to become a part of our team
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience specifically managing commercial properties. Please only apply if you live in the Northern Virginia or Washington DC Metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Oversee property maintenance personnel and repairs
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and property owners
Requirements:
- Proven experience with commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of procedures related to property management
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, record-keeping, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Ability to organize and maintain property files effectively
