Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of masonry projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of masonry construction processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage masonry projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and internal staff to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial masonry.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
