Responsibilities:

● Supervision: Lead and manage the night shift team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional manner.

● Cross trained: Cross trained in all areas of the store to provide support to areas that need it most at any given time.

● Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times; Manage all store and departmental closing procedures.

● Financial Management: Oversee cash register operations, perform end-of-day financial reconciliation, and ensure cash handling accuracy.

● Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

● Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of night shift staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

● Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during the night shift.

Requirements:

● Experience: Previous experience in retail or grocery store management is preferred.

● Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

● Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.

● Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

● Reliability: Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

● Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in retail management is a plus.

● Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
